Over the last few weeks, I've told you the story of how functional training killed my gains.

Weeks 2-7:


  • Progress using your 4x per week Dysfunctional Hypertrophy programme, delivered with the TrainHeroic app


  • Weekly Q&As through the Train Heroic support group


  • Weekly nutrition, sleep and rehab tips via Facebook live


Week 8:


  • Post-test your strength maxes on the Dysfunctional Movement Screen


  • Post-programme consultation call with me
